Su www.elvezio.com con codice 6001998 trovate la serie completa dei tappeti in gomma (12 pezzi) per la vostra Fiat 600 come da foto sopra. Dalla serie completa (6001998) sono esclusi i tappeti numero 13 – 14 – 15 – 16 -17 che potete individuare nella figura sotto. Se siete proprietari di una Fiat 600 prima serie il codice è 6001999. In questo caso sono 14 pezzi inclusi nel codice 6001999, ne restano comunque esclusi i numeri tappeti numero 13- 14- 15. This post is about the rubber mat set for Fiat 600. On www.elvezio.com you find the mat set under the code 6001298: 12 pieces, from #1 to #12 like in the picture above, while rubber mats from #13 to #17 can be added to the basic mat set. If you own a 1st series Fiat 600 the code for the rubber mat set is 6001999. In this case in the basic set there are 14 pieces, those that are not included are #13-14-15. In seguito alla richiesta di un cliente tedesco, ho deciso di postare queste foto per mostrare a voi, appassionati e restauratori della Fiat 600, la lavorazione del tappeto in gomma del cofano anteriore. Come vedete nelle foto, sono come l’originale e presentano le indicazioni relative alla batteria e al liquido per freni. Nel prossimo post mi occuperò dei tappeti di base. To answer to a question of one of our German customers, I am posting some pics of the front bonnet rubber mat for Fiat 600. Many of you might have the same question and the best way to find the answer is to give a look to this pictures. Like on the original rubber mat, the indication related the battery and the brake solution are printed on the rubber. The shape of this rubber mat is like the original and the pattern too. Ecco i colori del PVC utilizzati per la produzione della capote con lunotto elettro-saldato per la Fiat 500 N del 1957. Come avevamo scritto nel post precedente, i colori sono i seguenti: nero, beige, bordeaux scuro che sembra quasi marrone, blu scuro, verde scuro e nutria (colore definibile tra un grigio e un marrone). Ve li mostriamo molto volentieri così da lasciare a voi la scelta del colore con la consapevolezza di quale siano le tonalità di colore. La foto sopra rappresenta molto bene i colori. In this post I want to show you the colors of the PVC material used for 1957 Fiat 500 N hood with electro-soldered rear window. As you can see in the picture, the colors available are the following: black, beige like in the picture, dark red (almost brown), dark blue, dark green and a color between gray and brown. Qualche scatto della capote della Fiat 500 N del 1957 nel colore beige. Il lunotto è elettrosaldato e pertanto le infiltrazioni d’acqua dovrebbero essere scongiurate! Il materiale utilizzato per produrla è PVC, un materiale impermeabile. Le uniche infiltrazioni possibili ma sicuramente circoscritte e minime, sono quelle che potrebbero entrare dalle cuciture laterali, ma questo è inevitabile e accadeva anche nel lontano 1957! Disponibile in sei colori tutti originali: nero, beige come nelle foto, bordeaux scuro che sembra quasi marrone, blu scuro, verde scuro e nutria (colore definibile tra un grigio e un marrone). Here we are with some pics of the hood of 1957 Fiat 500 N. The rear windscreen of this product has been electro-soldered and, unless this is broken, the rain will not come in from it. The material used to produce this hood is the PVC, a waterproof fabric. The only way for rain to come in is the very tiny stitching on the sides of the capote. But, how much water can come in from a tiny stitching? In 1957 the risk to get some rain in the car was for sure much higher than today! There is not a better product of this on Italian market at this time.

Nelle prossime settimane questo fondo in moquette attraverserà l’Europa per raggiungere la Finlandia! Il nostro cliente, Kristian, lo ha ordinato per la sua A.R. Giulia Ti 1a serie del 1962 e per la realizzazione ha scelto il colore grigio. Il materiale con cui è stato prodotto è la moquette rekord, una buona moquette acrilica molto vicina all’originale e meno costosa della moquette in lana della Giulietta Sprint. Il modello del nostro amico ha il cambio al volante e pertanto non vedete alcun foro sulla parte centrale del tappeto. Kristian utilizzerà i suoi tappetini in gomma originali e li applicherà sulla moquette una volta arrivata in Finlandia. Nella foto sotto, la stessa moquette sembra di una tonalità più chiara. Questo dipende dal flash utilizzato per scattare la foto e solitamente alla luce, anche quella del sole, il colore sembra sempre più chiaro. Kristian, attendiamo le tue foto!
In the next weeks this carpet set will travel Europe to its final destination: Finland! Our customer Kristian ordered for his Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti 1962, 1st series. He chose the gray color for this carpet set. The material is the so called “Rekord moquette”, which is a synthetic carpet of a good quality very similar to the original and less expensive of a Giulietta Sprint wool carpet! If you do not see any hole for the gear, you are seeing right! In fact, Kristian owns a column shift car. The rubber mats will be installed on the carpet once in Finland, since Kristian will use his original rubber mats. In the picture below the same carpet look like of a lighter gray. The flash of my camera gave this effect and normally under the direct light this is the way the carpet more or less look like. Kristian, send us some pics once the carpet has been installed.

Questo è l’ultimo della serie di post sulla Fiat 500 N. Dal luglio 1958 al maggio 1959 i sedili anteriori si presentano in due versioni: quella economica in tessuto monocolore, come scritto nel post precedente, e quella “normale” in tessuto o finta pelle e lunetta panna . Di quest’ultima versione ne vedete le foto sopra. Il sedile posteriore presenta invece la cappelliera nel colore panna o avorio e il rivestimento inferiore in vipla nera. I cordoli sono nel colore panna o avorio 202 per tutta la tappezzeria. Il sedile posteriore presenta le imbottiture come la versione precedente. This is our last post of the series about Fiat 500 N. From 1958 July to 1959 Mai the front seats of this car can be in two different versions: the so called “Economica” produced in one plain cloth and available in different colors (see previous post); and the “Normale” produced in cloth/imitation leather (vipla) with a dark white vipla semi-circle on the top. This post is about the “Normale” one.
As you can see in the picture above, the rear seat upholstery has a dark white vipla part on the top to match the front seat. On the bottom of the rear seat there is a black vipla cover. The rear seat in this version does have the cushion. The front and rear panels are of plain colored vipla. For further information contact Elvezio.

Questo sotto tetto per la Lancia Aurelia B 21 potrebbe essere uno degli ultimi, se non addirittura l’ultimo, ad essere prodotto da Elvezio. Insistendo un po’ forse si riuscirà a convincere Elvezio a produrre nuovamente questo capolavoro! Quindi il mio consiglio è che se avete necessità di questo articolo, insistete per averlo! In ogni caso, quello che vedete è destinato ad un nostro cliente che vive in Inghilterra. La particolarità di questo articolo è la cucitura a punto invisibile (in alcune parti dello stesso), ovviamente fatta a mano! Il materiale invece è il classico panno lancia nel colore marrone. This Lancia Aurelia B 21 Head Liner could be the last one produced by Elvezio. Do not ask me why, Elvezio is tired to produce it! I can definitely tell that this is a master piece and if you really need it, try to insist Elvezio to get it! Personally I would do it! Our customer William from the UK will get it in the next days. Anyway, the peculiarity of this item is the way has been needled. It takes great attention to sew it by hand in some parts of it and it looks like it has any stitching in those parts. Continua la serie di post sugli interni della Fiat 500 N. Secondo la nostra esperienza sul campo e anche secondo il libro “Tutti i colori della 500″ di Enrico Bo è possibile descrivere come segue gli interni della Fiat 500 N.
Negli anni che vanno dal Novembre del 1957 al 1961 i materiali utilizzati per rivestire sedili, pannelli e cappelliera sono il tessuto e la finta pelle. La tappezzeria dei sedili anteriori dal novembre del 1957 al giugno del 1958 è in tessuto o in finta pelle e presenta il bordino color avorio. Il sedile posteriore viene rivestito dello stesso materiale del sedile anteriore (tessuto o pelle) e la cappelliera e il rivestimento inferiore sono abbinati al colore degli interni. Nel caso della foto sopra il sedile anteriore e quello posteriore sono in tessuto, i pannelli in finta pelle maculata e in abbinato ci sono anche la cappelliera e il rivestimento inferiore.
Dal luglio 1958 al maggio 1959 i sedili anteriori si presentano in due versioni: quella economica in tessuto monocolore, come da foto sotto e quella “normale” in tessuto o finta pelle e lunetta panna . Di quest’ultima versione ne parleremo nel prossimo post.
Based on our experience and using also the book of Enrico Bo “Tutti i colori della 500″ we can describe the interiors of Fiat 500 N as follows:
From 1957 November to 1958 June the front seats upholstery is in cloth or imitation leather with white piping on the borders. For the rear seat the material used is the same as the front ones, and the top and the bottom of it match with the color of the interiors. In fact, in the pics above you can see that these two areas match in color and fabric with the door panels.
From 1958 July to 1959 June the front seats can be in two different versions: the so called “Econimica” made only of one kind of cloth but available in different colors, and the “Normale” produced in cloth or imitation leather with a white imitation leather semi-circle on the top. Of this model I will write in my next post.
