ORDERS - receipt of orders is acknowledged upon approval.
SHIPMENT - goods are shipped at the costumer's risk, even if sold free at destination.
DELIVERY - late or no delivery of goods not available on stock cannot give rise to contract cancellation and in any case will not oblige to compensate for damage.
PRICES - the prices on the date of delivery are valid. The invoice prices are for the goods delivered free our warehouse.
PAYMENT- invoices must be paid in accordance with the conditions and the dates therein indicated.
WARRANTY AND CLAIMS - any claim must be made within 8 days from receipt of goods, which are guaranteed. The warranty covers free replacement of those pieces recognized to be defective due to poor quality of material or to bad workmanship. Therefore we decline any responsibility for damages caused during the transport of the goods.
